SEO-Driven Information Architecture
I collaborated closely with our SEO specialist to conduct keyword research, identifying the various search intents of Vidal & Vidal's customers. This insight informed the development of an SEO-friendly information architecture, ensuring the platform met both user needs and search engine optimization goals.
Validating User Flows
I created detailed user flows to validate the logic of key processes, such as checkout and returns, with Vidal & Vidal and the IT team. This approach enabled us to proactively identify potential issues and iterate on solutions before developing the initial wireframes.
Wireframing & Stakeholder Validation
I created low-fidelity wireframes to define the structure, establish functionalities, and align on development timelines. This process also helped identify necessary client actions and, most importantly, validate the design with both the internal team and the client. Additionally, this early approach allowed the IT team to kick-start backend development in parallel.
Finally, I developed high-fidelity wireframes, ensuring a polished, responsive, and implementation-ready design. The solution was built with scalability in mind, enabling future enhancements and seamless adaptability across different devices.
