Designing a Strategic Plan
We started addressing the identified challenges by creating a user story map to generate ideas. Next, we categorized potential initiatives into an impact-effort matrix during a workshop with the development, business, and UX teams. This collaborative process helped us define a clear roadmap for the initiatives to pursue.
Roadmap & A/B Test
Once we identified the initiatives to design, we developed a delivery roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment. We then proceeded with continuous delivery of the initiatives, conducting A/B tests to assess their impact and effectiveness.
Mango Outlet Design System
I integrated Mango Outlet into the design system to ensure consistency and streamline the design process for the upcoming initiatives.
