Context
- We know that in the Outlet environment, where stock by size is often limited, some users experience frustration when they reach checkout and discover that the products are no longer available.
- We have previously validated that displaying a "Last Units" message on the PLP and PDP has a positive effect on user behavior, encouraging faster purchasing decisions.
Hypothesis
We believe that adding the "Last Units" message in the bag will not only reinforce urgency and encourage users to complete their purchase, but also provide consistency across the funnel. This continuity in communication can reduce frustration associated with out-of-stock items and improve conversion rates.

Results
- On mobile, the conversion rate (CR) increased significantly by +6.23% (a gross increase of €2,354,210.82 over 12 months).
- On desktop, the CR showed a positive trend, though not statistically significant.
